With my custom property search, you'll gain access to a search tool that is pre-loaded with the features we discussed during our consultation. Use this tool to alert me to homes you'd like to view.

I'll arrange tours of homes that meet your criteria and work with your schedule to set up viewings. I’ll be upfront as I detail the pros and cons of each home; providing honest feedback for your consideration will be my priority during our tours.

There’s an art to a great offer — and the negotiation that typically follows. I fight for my clients and craft the most successful deal possible. Ideally this moves to acceptance quickly.

Once an offer is accepted, you're typically just weeks away from moving into your new home. 

After your offer has been accepted, I’ll assist you in setting up your home inspection. Your inspection serves as an opportunity to learn about the home and helps reveal any major defects. If the inspector does identify needed repairs, I will help you negotiate those with the seller before we prepare for closing.

Your lender will order an appraisal to assess the market and ensure you’re not overpaying. Once we clear this major hurdle, it’s time to schedule your signing and head to the closing table. I can even recommend a great mover.

There's a lost of paperwork involved in the purchase that I will thoroughly review with you during your signing appointment.  Once the sale is official, I will be notified and we will coordinate delivery of keys to your new home!
