At the end of last year, I predicted that neighborhood trends would continue toward growth in smaller communities on the outskirts of Spokane, as well as in the suburbs. I've already written about some of my favorite suburban Spokane neighborhoods, so I thought it was about time I spent an afternoon sifting through listings outside town. My goal was to find you eight unique listings that help convey the diverse offerings on acreage available in Spokane County. Whether you're searching for a private retreat with rolling pastures or a modern estate with breathtaking views, Spokane’s real estate market offers an array of unique properties with acreage that highlight was this region has to offer.
